We are Rapidly growing mid-sized firm (Supreme Inc) Headquarters Based in Nairobi with our Branches all over Kenya, seeking to recruit Young ambitious Individuals for good Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for receiving customers and vendors engagements, responding to online chats, SMS, emails and social media platforms.

Duties:

-Manage online Customer Support

-Working with international and Regional markets

-Creating solutions to pressing societal needs

-Work closely with Customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in any Field
Fluency in English and Kiswahili Languages
Good communication skills
Computer Literacy
